Cheeto is a cheater, liar and a felon.

I don’t think his orangish hue is going to compliment his orange jumpsuit.

John Edwards went to trial and was found not guilty. Why would he be locked up?

Maybe Trump will do the same?

Lol. To make that stick you’ll have to prove he never paid hush money when not running for office. Good luck with that. Worse yet, the exculpatory evidence is likely sitting right there in Cohens office.

Yet another nothing burger,
You don't have to go that far. The post before yours is correct. A candidate can spend personal funds on anything he wishes. It is his money. All politicians are private citizens. When it comes to campaign funds, every dime has to be accounted. Also, people hire attorneys for LEGAL work. That is the whole purpose of the LEGAL profession. If a person hires an attorney to do some work for him, it is the responsibility of the attorney to do it legally. If not that is on the attorney, not the client. This is getting so old. This time next week it will be something else.

Good point. However, thats also why Karen McDougal might be more problematic than Stormy.

The lying con Cohen is sent to jail for TAX EVASION and tries to tell the Clinton sycophant George Stephanopolis that he is an honorable man breaking bad because of Trump. Wonder which came first for the felon? Tax evasion or ‘fixing’ for Trump?
We will see him in front of the MSM cameras for 3 months just as Mueller instructed him. If he does well Mueller will seek to lighten his sentence. Drain the swamp....

Serious question, do you honestly think the Donald is going to prison... ever?

Not what you want to happen, do you really expect it?

any details? You keep saying that there is more to come, you even said that, on Dec. 12, the hammer was going to drop... yet nothing. At what point, does your credibility go out the window? 07-coffee3

If he is, its is going to be from what comes out of the NY prosecutors office. He is already implicated in a felony, of which his accountant was granted immunity, and his lawyer is going to jail. I'm sure there is more to come.

This investigation is likely to outlast his presidency, and I doubt a Democratic president would extend him a pardon, as Ford did Nixon.

His best bet to avoid to prison, if he knows he's guilty, might be to resign and allow Pence to pardon him.

He is implicated in an alleged felony that has not been proved, and may very well not be a felony at all. A plea deal does not constitute evidence. It is very likely that Cohen plead guilty to something that is not a crime. Why would he do that? Simple. He was looking at 17-25 for the tax stuff, and Mueller said we'll let you off for three if you plead to this. Slam dunk.

I'm not sure there is any more. Not at all sure. The attorney and accountant obviously traded testimony for immunity or lighter sentences. That could impact their credibility as witnesses. Johnny-the-Ambulance-Chaser got a hung jury on a case were the facts were worse for him. We shall see.

Cohen is doing the liberal talk show circuit ahead of his jail time to prepare for the book he'll release from jail. This guy has already bet he can make more money doing this than handling hush money payments as the shyster he was.

He will be an after thought long before he goes off to prison. If you remember Omarosa had 'the goods' on Trump. Her time lasted exactly 15 minutes. How many 'felonies' did she say he committed? Trump is looking more and more like a victim every day. It is long past being ridiculous.

The funny thing is you dumbasses dont even realize what you are saying.

If what Trump did was illegal (your assertion), the flip side is that paying for or paying off mistresses using solely campaign funds is perfectly legal under the campaign finance laws.

Do you dipshits even understand what you are asserting?

At least a couple more than you from the looks of it.

Frankly Im a little astonished you posted in the middle of the thread. You invariably seem to do the 'whack a mole'-style post one to lead and leave crap. Nice change for once. What caused that response, did UofM get you upsetty-poo?

On a related question, would you really want a state AG or any local authority charging a president when he leaves office? Where would it stop? Could any state charge the leaving administration?

What a cluster that would be
