Take USM...and the points too, if you like, but you won't need 'em. USM owns Tech, especially as coached by Holtz. Maybe if we brought his dad in we'd have a chance. USM could be sitting at 0-9 and I'd wager they would emerge 1-9.

Every dog has its day, and this week I’m picking all 9 underdogs.
Ironically, the hardest one for me to justify is my beloved and beleaguered Rice Owls, who I’ve picked every week so far... this was going to be the week I was going to admit we might not be up to the task, but:
LSU beat Ark last week by a TD
UNT beat Ark by a TON
Rice was competitive and tied with UNT in the 3Q.
