It's almost a given that EVERY already-named witness will answer EVERY question with either:

1. "I have no recollection." or

2. "It did not happen."

IMO the only question is whether some brand new witness will come into play to "tell their story."

Here's the thing...not one of them will be under oath when the FBI questions them. That is not something the FBI does but as we all know its easier to get charged for lying to the FBI (even if you're not lying but believe you were) than to be charged with swearing a lie under oath.

As the FBI has already investigated Cavanaugh's past 6 times, maybe they should start by investigating what's happened over the last 6 months. They may be able to save some time. Raid her lawyer's office maybe.

What's funny about this whole thing is that even if the left suceeds in stopping his nomination, Kavanaugh is still going to remain a sitting judge on one of the most important federal benches in the country. Then Trump will nominate a woman who the Dems will hate even more.

Ford and her beach buddies will be unavailable this next week — due to travel, health, work, whatever excuse is necessary. with their calendars likely not freed up until… the beginning of November. They are all playing a part in stalling.
