Syracuse switches to a Tampa Toosoft. That's a bold move Cotton. Let's see if that works out for them.

It's always obvious when you sub for the QB. I wonder how many reps the rest of the starters on offense are getting this quarter. That could impact Devito's performance. I just think you have to trust your coach in this situation.

The game isn't over in the 2nd quarter even if you're up 34-7. Pull him early in the 4th. But with 4 minutes left in the 2nd? Give me a damn break. No other coach would do that.

And now it's 34-21 with 7:32 left in the third quarter. We're in actual danger of blowing this now. Plus we lose style points which matter even if we still win.

Dungey might be coming back in now. Edit: Nope LMAO

Dino is a damn moron. Period.

Gashed right up the middle. Bad tackling.

34-28 Cuse

My WMU pick is looking a bit more solid now.

I love how you're completely acting like Syracuse didn't take Dungey out so they didn't embarrass their opponent and that's why it's close.

Syracuse is up by at least 28 right now if Babers didn't do something that idiotic.

I know you hate Syracuse but try to not act ridiculous for once.

WMU is back in this game at least 50% because of that sooooofffffffffffffftttttttt zone. I don't hate Syracuse. I'm ambivalent. It's nice that they bring big media markets and the right academic profile to the conference. I just don't care to play them in football because there's no benefit in doing so. We don't recruit the same players we don't play the same teams we don't live in the same areas. Unless you count the half backs. 03-wink

Yeah it has nothing to do with the fact that Syracuse scored on 6 straight possessions and then decided to take out Dungey in the 2nd quarter to not run up the score.

Then going 5 straight possessions without scoring with Devito.

Yeah that didn't happen right?

Congrats, you have found the other 50% of the onus.

But Dungey just stalled out at .... nevermind, bailed out by #56 for WMU.

Oh look Dungey comes back in and we get a TD.

Fire Babers immediately. I don't care if we win. I've never seen a coach do what he did.

Might I suggest also ditching the Tampa Toosoft now that you've rectified the offense?

Another TD drive by Dungey. Edit: And another.

Dungey - 9 possessions. 7 TDs. 2 FGs. 55 points

They are (were) running some zones that look a lot like it.

All I know is if Dungey goes down again, we are screwed. With Dungey in the game is managed better. He can sustain drives to keep the defense rested and off the field. The opposing defense has an extra RB to guard.
