This article says nothing about them succeeding in hacking the RNC. They weren't as stupid and careless as the Democrats.

I do wonder how they know 33 computers got accessed when the DNC was refusing access to their computers. With the chain of custody issues, I would imagine much of his evidence would be inadmissable.

The indictments were copied out of the information in the House Intelligence Committee report. Much of it in the report was redacted. Mueller’s working real hard copying other people’s homework. Besides the indictments were a setup to trash Trump anyway. That’s all they were. If Trump says don’t release them till after the summit, they immediately leak “Trump squashes Russian Indictments!” on the day before the meeting. If he doesn’t stop them, you get what we are getting now.
