I always find it ironic in that doing this kind of stupid thing people don't realize they are acting exactly like those that supposedly offended them. I guess they are too caught up in their own personal hate to realize the hypocrisy.

While that word is surely used to to put people down. i dont think its appropriate to compare it to the N word. That word is far more viscous and evil that deplorable ever will be. Even if it offends a good amount of people.
