The liberal left would be very proud of your openness to two daddies. I’ll stick with a mr and southern “miss,” but glad you are happy with your two mr’s.
^satire. Don’t go cray, lefty friends.

A good get for y'all. I wonder why he would leave the situation he was in? Already a starter and now he will have to sit out a year.

Not bad handles either and a decent looking shot. I can't believe Marshall let this kid get away out of high school. He looks like the ideal Marshall player

2on2, 3 point, dunk contest

We felt at 38 he was just too old for our team.

The homer in me says he saw something special happening down the street and wanted to be a part of it. But I know nothing of his situation at NKU.

.
I had seen the kid play against UofL and UK on TV and he looked skilled but undersized for the paint area but did not realize he had that kind of bounce. Nice pickup, maybe a smaller version of Justin Johnson.

And... it actually means something in KY to be named Mr. Basketball. Only 1 in the state.

Well considering it's been a decade since a KY Mr. Baskstball has been drafted and nearly 30 years since one was drafted in the first round...

What does that have to do with what was said?

1 person is chosen Mr Basketball in KY where the class system is not in play. There are 5 or up in most states and the NBA has nothing to do with that.

In a state of ~4.5 million people, I don't see much difference in naming one Mr. Basketball or one per classification as is often the case.

Either the state isn't turning out NBA players any more or they stopped being good at identifying the best player ~30 years ago.

The NBA still has nothing to do with the comment he made.

I think we're arguing two different things.

Do I understand the logic of one Mr. Basketball versus five "meaning more"? Sure, of course I do.

However, I'd submit that when fans talk about their players high school accolades, it's meant to project a certain level of success and I wouldn't say the last thirty years of Mr. Basketballs is exactly a "who's who" of great college players.

You can chance it anyway you want...your choice. But it does not change the facts of what was said.
