Who is that man dressed like a woman?

Like she was some kinda headliner on the comedy circuit. I'm sure sold out standing room only at her gigs. I saw her on a Seinfeld show. Never saw her before, haven't seen her since, till this issue came up. Probably the best thing to ever happen to her, as far as publicity goes. Why are people worried about her? She's a has been that never was. And she's not even remotely funny.
