Y’all joke, but Saul was in on some one star recruits he heard about while playing Call of Duty with his Hogwarts club.

You laugh...

But if Saul was the one teaching these guys those Jump stops, floaters, drawing tons of fouls and had them taking charges I say bring him aboard...

Hell no he cant recruit but someone was teaching these guys because a lot of them began to play the same way as the season progressed.

Probably because the local media endlessly tells us that Penny needs an ex-head coach on his staff.

Hewitt is a really good recruiter. He's been a head coach and he has ties to AAU basketball.

Ex-coach. Currently unemployed. Had a deep NCAA run. Recruited top player from Memphis.

Paul Hewitt on the staff could help smooth things over with Team Thad too.

Really good recruiter who was fired for not winning...

Does that mean he is a poor x&O coach, poor leader, poor motivator or a combination?

He was a bit like Pastner. Got the recruits but couldn't do a lot with them. He started out with two 20-win seasons at George Mason but only won 20 total game the next 2 years.
