It will be close. You can pretty much just look at Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties since the other two counties are so small in terms of voters. Lamb is up by 10K votes in Allegheny with 72 percent of the votes counted. Saccone is up by 4K votes in Westmoreland with 53 percent of the vote in. Allegeny's vote totals are higher so that might be enough for Lamb to win, but Saccone will close the gap some still.

ETA - Washington County isn't as small as Greene County but the vote there is almost split down the middle.

The county above Green county only has 33% of the vote in. Heavily Republican district. It’s going to tighten.

Lead is down to 2K for Lamb but Washington County is not going very red at all. And it's finally got some votes in. Unless the remaining votes in Washington and Westmoreland County are all Republican, I think Lamb will win by a small margin.

I think Saccone takes it by about 500 votes when all the absentee votes come in. There are 6000 of them to count. And while most of them are in Allegheny, most absentee voters are GOP voters.

But still, wow. Lamb just got himself elected in November in a much more friendly swing district (currently held by a Republican).
