Bama is probably in, even though they would set the record for most pre-tournament losses by an at-large team. That record is 14, the Tide have 14 losses, and would get a 15th if they don't win the SEC tournament.

last year Vanderbilt got in with a 19-15 record.

The rags are going nuts over the ACC's bubble teams...it's the SEC that's making the real chaos here. You have both Alabama and Georgia within reach of a bid, if not locked by now.

They were one buzzer beater away from being eliminated on two levels. Survive and advance.

Then they'll tie the record. SEC! SEC! SEC!

pretty sure there were teams back in the 80's that got in with 15 losses as well.

Yeah...So only 9 conferences will get more than 1 team in. Maybe 8 if A10 gets snubbed. I’m assuming WCC is a 1 bid but I suppose St Marys could still get in too.

Saint Mary's will be fine. I'd have pushed them aside had they lost to Pepperdine but BYU wasn't as bad as people act like.

ULaLa and Vermont eliminated. Once again we won't see a 1/16 upset because the bottom of the bracket is being watered down.

I'm going to call this one...Davidson's bid comes at Bona's expense. No way does Bonaventure get a third A10 bid.

It will for sure be STB or SMC.

It should be one of the ACC teams floating out there in the RPI 50's or 60's, imo, but, that won't happen. Or a Big XII team.

I wonder if both don't get snubbed. With or without a shock (like MTSU still getting in over one of those guys). The only reason I could see MTSU still hanging on here is because of respect to CUSA. 4 teams in the RPI 100 is better than A10, WCC, and as many as MWC. Extremely doubtful (I think all three get snubbed), but, CUSA may get a little respect.

Having seen every ACC team play, there is no way some of the ACC "bubble teams" deserve to get in.

I would like the committee to take the stance you must be least .500 in league play to be considered for an at large position. If you are less than .500 in conference you must win the autobid.

That's not fair to teams with really tough conferences or injuries in really tough conferences. I would like for them to be slightly more subjective and weigh recent performance as much as total body of work. OU and Arizona State got in due things they did 3-4 months ago. The Pac wasn't even good this year.

Yeah, I think I read that’s 11 years in a row now.

Then why bother with OOC. It's called a basketball season not a basketball last 10 games it would be idiotic to judges season by only part of it

And here's the thing if you get hot at the end of the season then that use you a chance to win the conference tournament But then you complain about things getting hot at the end of the year and winning the conference tournament and getting in when they had a lousy first part of the season so make up your mind what do you want ?

You want one standard in one scenario in another standard for another scenario
