I just don't see it happening. Louisiana gets a play-in game, but MTSU is left out? I don't understand it.

That's a misprint CBT. They are not actually in the bracket, looks like they were listed by accident.

Probably a mix up with Southeastern Louisiana who might have been in that game of they didn't lose yesterday

They wouldn't have been a 16 though. It was probably one of the small conference champs that got left out by mistake.
