Memphis is an unbelievable place to coach or play basketball.
A new team was put together and projected to finish 9th or worse but finished 5th. Do you know why? Because American had a down year.
Beat a top 25, UH should have never been there.
Recruited a 4* player, his offer list is really bad.
Beat some teams in regular season, because their best players were out.
Martin went out so the team lost to a suddenly hot team called SFU, very bad coaching. I hope that Tubby and the kids stay in Orlando because we don't want them here.
God forbid if Tigers win the tournament this week, other teams were tired because they played too many games.
Is this how you all support your team???????? You wonder why these guys cannot bring players here.

I have a feeling that Myron's father wanted his son to grow some hair on his chest to come and play in Memphis. Then again, he is not all that good.

Please show me one negative post from SMU fans after they lost to USF but then again SMU's best player was out and they are no Memphis.

Not when you consider they build a small hut on the ice that includes a heater and adult beverages. Sometimes the fishing part becomes secondary.

But they can only land one fish at a time. Down here, you can set out trotlines and have your beverages in a better location with more merrymakers.

I only fished twice in TN. The 1st time, I caught 32 bluegill in half an hour of the Cumberland river. The 2nd time was outside of Murfreesboro of a fishing farm (lots of trout). I know that was not called fishing. It was a lot more fun than ice fishing though.

The point that is being missed here is that often times outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing are just an excuse for some individuals to escape the clutches of their household responsibilities. I know guys who spent money on guns and clothing and hunting license and all with no intention of actually shooting a deer much less sitting in a deer stand. They'd go to deer camp to drink and play cards and hang with their buddies.
