That’s actually true, to a certain extent. I have lived and worked in north Alabama for 35 years. A couple of weeks ago, I was asking a couple of Auburn grads I work with if they were excited about Auburn BB now that Pearl has them in the top 20. Both of their replies were almost identical: “Yes, Pearl has done a really good job but, to be honest, I just have a hard time getting excited about basketball”. I just stared at them somewhat dumbfounded. I think the kids on campus now are pretty excited but those who have already graduated and moved on - probably not so much.

Big crowd at Touchdown's. Good crowd at 17-16. That should explain it all.

Yep--we were afraid the bluebloods of the BIG would object -----but they will always look down their noses at MEMPHIS----SCHOOL and CITY.

I'd like to think that Memphis would have hired Bruce if Big12 said no earlier.
