That is the honest truth. I have enjoyed our wins, enjoyed seeing us play all season and the near losses and losses haven't really bothered me.

You know what will happen today? All of the posters critical of Tubby will say I told you so. Then we will win a few in a row or have a good win and those supporting Tubby will say I told you so.

None of it matters and even though some are mocking the announcers for saying that it is only year two, it IS only year two. The only thing that matters is whether or not Tubby is building a program, building things where we can expect improvement; putting the pieces to a roster together so that we can expect to move forward.

So honestly, losing today bothers me but it bothers me a lot less than many posters. The team played super hard, they are all exceeding my expectations for them and they are fun to watch. The problem is that if we lose to ECU or beat Wichita State, Tubby isn't building a program. He isn't putting us in a position to be good next year, the year after or any other year after that.

He is holding things together with glue, string, staples and duct tape. It just isn't going to happen with him as our coach.

6 more weeks and we'll see if Rudd wants to make a change.

Losses don't mean much to me since it's a nothing to lose season. The fact that it's a nothing to lose season is what concerns me.

I don't know if the record will improve since they haven't really lost any games they should have won....just a whole lot of CLOSE calls.

Until today the Tigers had won every single close game they had been in.

It's 2 years from now that concerns me. Tubby hasn't put together any kind of class for what would be sophomores that year to go with the three freshmen we have that will be juniors.

I am frustrated now (obviously), but I am not ready to pull the trigger. Tubby, despite the terrible loss, has avoided a Moe Iba type season already. I may tolerate giving him three years to make (like all coaches lasting three years since Bartow) the NCAA Tourney by his third year and establish a firm foundation for future success.

I would say after losing today to a team that was 8-13 should push your % to at least 80/20.
