I caught about 10 minutes of that interview. The kid has a good head on his shoulders. Very humble. Great to have him as a Tiger.

YouTube some of his videos, not only does he have the physical tools but he seems like a real cerebral player who understands what he’s doing out there. Who would have thought we could possible have a QB that is better than Lynch and Ferguson . . .

My guess is a fierce QB battle is already underway with each candidate straining for off-season improvement. Competition is a wonderful thing.

Has the best pedigree of any QB entering the U of Memphis. Lots of variables in play. IF he lives up to his reviews and stays healthy for 3 years, then Wimprine's career passing yardage(10,215) and career TD(81) records could be in jeopardy. Could send both to areas never even imagined in Tigers history.

Am predicting career numbers around 12,500-13,000 yard and 102-109 TDs.

Only question is could having such a quality QB in charge be enough to prevent Norvell from moving on when other offers come along.

It is a legitimate question since if he leaves there is no guarantee that we will have the same offensive under a new coach and Brady White may not fit well in the new system.

Played in 1 game and injured his foot. He missed 2016 and 2017 seasons recovering. In the mean time he worked hard in the classroom and graduated early.

Penny had to overcome a foot injury when he came to MSU. He did.

Rykhoek had to overcome foot injuries when he came to UM. He didn't.

Believe so, but got a bad foot injury at Oklahoma. Surprised it did not tear most of the connective tissues when he dislocated his ankle..
