Trump asked the acting FBI director how he voted
Shortly after President Trump fired his FBI director in May, he summoned to the Oval Office the bureau’s acting director for a get-to-know-you meeting.

The two men exchanged pleasantries, but before long, Trump, according to several current and former U.S. officials, asked Andrew McCabe a pointed question: Whom did he vote for in the 2016 election?

Why would he ask him such a question?

So what?

I asked my plumber/electrician guy how he voted.

It’s called a conversation(?).

Damn y’all getting more desperado by the day.

It’s comical.

That's weird because where I come from, that is probably the most personal question you could ever ask a person.

That would be like asking a woman after first meeting them if they spit or swallow.

Well, I can perhaps understand that.

Where you come from in ol Mejico, answering the wrong way would likely get a bullet in your head.

We don’t tend to do that here where I come from.

Really?

I don't think I've associated the two.

What does religion or politics have to do with "spitting" or "swallowing"?

I've heard it, but as an adult in the real world if something like that comes up I simply say, I don't want to discuss this let's talk about something else. Pretty easy.

This is exactly why I confine my talk of politics to this forum. It's not polite to talk politics anywhere else in society.

Maybe it's just a cultural thing but around here, if you want to clear the room, you bring up politics.

Oh, so asking a woman if she spits or swallows is considered polite conversation where you live?

Why would he ask him such a question?

Maybe the president asked him that because he had a suspicion that FBI upper crust had been bending him over the table and going in dry.

Of course, on that count we now know he was right.

Because like most Republicans, he only wants those who are loyalty to him and the party to control all of the government. NWO Fascist pigs.
