interesting how times have changed in basketball for the Tigers. TN nationally ranked selling out their arena fans excited and our fair weathered fans abandoned the basketball program and we couldn’t fill the old MidSouth Coliseum.

Not in my wildest dreams would have thought this would happen.

Haha, yeah i don't know what i was thinking. Anyways, east high school looked longer and more athletic than white station did in jj's senior year which was the last high school game i've watched. Also, the white station gym looks a little different.

Penny's team impressed the hell out of me. They ran a highlight reel on that other poor team for the entire game. If penny could get top talent like that on the college level, i would feel very confident penny would be successful. We all know penny has a great bb iq. He was a coach on the floor especially in the nba.

If there is a better high school team out there, then wow.

Does East not have a gym?

I got bored watching what part of the game that I watched. I need to see them play against a comparable team. That one was over matched. They did not have a prayer against East.

I could be wrong or the report was wrong, but I read somewhere that Memphis High Schoolers (some from East) beat or played very closely a team composed of Tigers in pick up games.

He's over there on 5th Avenue spending some of that $3m on some Christmas gifts for Mrs Tubby & Saul. He can get by White Station's gym anytime

Are you kidding? That kind of travel is too hard on an old man like Tubby. He ain't about all that effort. Besides, none of the East kids are calling him so they must not want to play for the Tubbs.

Why would they be in NY on a Thursday night when we don’t play until Saturday ?

The Memphis players beat east by about the same Margin as when East played last years players.
