Americans arrested for bare buttocks at temple
Immigration police arrested two US citizens at Don Mueang airport Tuesday night on warrants that charged they posed for pictures showing their naked bottoms at Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn).
Pol Col Choengron Rimpadee, deputy spokesman of immigration police, said the Americans were arrested at the airport at about 8pm while they were trying to depart the country.
He identified them only as Joseph and Travis, both aged 38.
The spokesman said the pair admitted to taking down their pants and posing for photos at the temple. They were brought to the Bangkok Yai police station for legal action.

If democrats want to figure out whats wrong, well, they have plenty recently to look at. However, it could be very easily summarized by this:

Take a look at those guys and their actions. Are they conservatives or libturds?

Is it because they think mocking someone elses beliefs is acceptable behavior? Is it because they believe that their "beliefs" are superior to others, and will put their beliefs in the face of others?

I'm fine...LOL. I've been to BKK many times. Even when its 100 degrees (which is pretty much all the time) you'd never see me in a temple in shorts, much less unclothed. The Thais give us respect, we should give it right back.

BTW, I actually do know the couple (not that well, but I know them). We used to live in the same city. They're really not smart people. What I call BBQs (Basic Bar Queens), but nice enough.

Obviously they're utterly clueless as to what they're doing. Basically like an Atlantis Cruise without a chaperone....

Oddly enough, going out in Thailand is really kind of strange. Since its the only fun place where Russians, Indians, and Arabians can go without a visa hassle, you get a really interesting mix in the clubs and the beaches. Oh and half of Israel is there too. Very interesting mix. Last time I was there, I shared a complex (Gay Resort) with three solo Saudis, two Indian couples, a couple of IDF members, and a bunch of Russians. Everyone got along well. You get to see a lot of people having fun that really can't do that at home.
