I agree, but it will be a long slog to actually have a good defense.

It's all about the D line and pressure on the passer. Not sure that changes.

Carter will be great, Hart should be great but we need to be able to get QB pressure rushing 4 or 5. Tall task.

I just don't think David Moore is anywhere near that caliber. He's a nice running college QB who can make the easy check down passes, but not a big time passer who will carry us to another level with his arm...like Riley and Paxton.

Maybe we can get Shea.. I was hoping Brady Davis was gonna be the next big arm for us, but from what I'm hearing he's a bust.

There was word a few days ago that Norvell was looking at a possible “transfer” QB. Don’t know who, I doubt it was Shae Patterson who has his eyes on Michigan or some other top program anyway. But if he’s concern about Moore’s development, a seasoned QB in the fold would be a smart thing to have. We lose some of our best players especially Miller, Ferguson and Avery but we bring back a lot on both sides of the field that started or saw significant time on the field

WR 89 Mayhue, Phil SR
RG 71 Kuhn, Gabe RS SR
