B Mcmurphy and Espn should have waited on Frost information. Hope Aresco sends his complaints.

Mcmurphy is very unprofessional and acted way out of line. Espn slapped this league in the face by sharing info when they did. So tired of this P5 crap.

I did not know he was hired back by ESPin. I do not care though. Coaches that can recruit will be lining up.

Agree. Very poor form. McMurphy is an arrogant jerk, who care about nothing but being first. ESPN & McMurphy types give reporting journalism a bad name.

Unless Frost gets Florida talent he is not going to win at Nebraska. Nebraska is a dinosaur and past it’s prime.

The reports on Twitter are that he hasn't been hired back by ESPN, he was laid off in April and they are just taking credit for it.

Couldn't agree more, however, I'd expect nothing less than that from the "Mothership".

Had we not put up with NEB trolls for the last month, I would wish SF well, but hope he wins 5 games in the next 3 years.

I am sure they are paying him some way. Again, I do not care.

Didn't post during the game cause impossible to multitask with the offenses, but imho the worst was the one minute clip showing Frost in his Nebraska QB uniform holding NC signs. That was really disgusting.

Is there any other sport where you can pull off one of the biggest victories in your program’s history to cap off an undefeated regular season, only for it to be completely overshadowed by your coach abandoning your team before the season is over because the postseason doesn’t matter for 95% of the sport? Not intended as a slight to UCF at all, mostly the sport as a whole. Just makes the holier than thou college football attitudes on this board really hard to understand because from the outside the sport seems stupid as hell. Someone give me some sort of analogy so I can understand.

Sucks, not him leaving, but this part of college football. Nothing the NCAA does shows more concern for the student athletes than letting their coaches abandon them before they finish their season. NCAA should place a moratorium on contacting head coaches before their teams are finished. Just once, I would like to see a coach do the right thing and say that they are with their team until the end of season, then they will consider other opportunities.

You are wrong, the sport is not stupid. The sport is great. What is stupid are the imbalances at the FBS level and lack of NCAA control to even the playing field.

I've always thought Coaches leaving before their season was over showed a lack of class. It also sends a terrible message to the players. On the other hand, schools trying to hire coaches away before the season is over is just as classless, maybe more so.

Why is it so different than Basketball? At least they wait for a team to be eliminated before they poach a coach.

Athletes that pass their bowl games really should not mean much as long as coaches can do so. It is their chance at a big paycheck too. (OT)

Good point. I do enjoy watching it. I just can’t imagine being invested in it with the current imbalances that exist.
