So yes, consumption alters body of both plant and animal. My advice is grow a garden in your backyard or deck and forage if possible. Other than that, organic and free range. Research how to prepare food too maximize nutritional intake. You are what you eat and also how you eat it.

I don't use soy protein nor does my diet really contain any significant amount of it, but are you really taking advice on endocrinology from an unsourced YouTube video?

I need Youtube to know to stay away from soy about as much as I need it to know to stay away from soda, processed foods, and heroin.

It’s about balance. The soy plant is a perfect example. Over consumption alters the plant biologically. Animals eat plants which alter them as a result. Personally, I think vegetarians are killing the human species by altering flora. But that’s just me.

They chop down rain forest to grow crops. It’s the vegans that are killing the earth.

More land is needed for food animals than plants... I'm no vegan but you're being silly.

Have you ever looked at animal population studies? As a whole, not by species?
I would also ask what plants you are eating? Variety is the key. Brussel sprouts same as broccoli. That is not variation.

Lol. The vegans are killing us. Please reference nutrition composition of the meat produced by your proposed diet. Please reference the progenitor species of the animals you are using. I would suggest an alteration.

I'm going to leave this here. What your children eat, will determine what grandchildren you will have. Food effects hormones and that is a peer reviewed proven fact. Just on pure instinct, animals procreate in order to pass on genetics. If you change the food, you change the instinct.
Don't let the veggies fool you.

Fully agree. It is precisely how Generation Soy came to be. Parents feeding their kids what is "good for them". No milk, red meat, or fat. Just veggies, tofu burgers, and soy milk.

Population control is not just a number. It's also the character of the population. Vegans will kill to avoid eating meat. Omnivores will eat just a little of everything.
Balance is what is lacking. Vegans and vegetarians have altered and are destroying the planet. It is a fact. No one can dispute this. It is evidence based.
There is a fact pattern.

Wait, in what way are vegans and vegetarians destroying the planet?

Also that first comment of yours is pretty absurd in the extent it simplifies the unbelievably complex issue of multigenerational heritability. It's not that simple, not by a wide margin.

If we are speaking genetically, we are more "determined" by our grandparents than we are by the toxins we take in today.

Darn thing is, our grandchildren are impacted by what we do today.

To make it simple......

My wife has eggs. One of her eggs became a girl. My girl has eggs . They were both born with every egg they will ever have. My wife's mother has more influence on my child than my wife genetically. It's just fact?

I'm not an expert in either endocrinology or genetics, but I do have an undergraduate education in each, and I think you're probably making some far reaching conclusions from a small amount of evidence. Epigenetics are not well understood, and while there is certainly evidence that the expression of genes can be altered by stress/environment/diet/illness/etc, unless a wave of new research has drastically changed things in the past few years, you're overshooting it's effects.

I’m gonna say you are wrong on an evidentiary basis. Your mother was born with every egg she ever had. As was her mother.
There are species of animals born whose phenotype is determined by birthing mother experience. I will dig for citations, but I recall lizard tail length studies determined by mothers experience with snakes.

I’m gonna say it’s a thing.
