Since most of us don't spend our time watching G4 football (who does really?), I think it may be a good idea for one brave soul in this forum to step up, take one for the team and watch for us and become the official 'resident G4 expert'...

That way we can collectively be informed and educated as a P6 community without all of us having to waste our time watching that garbage.

Any takers?

Pony94, Knightime, and Husky U will sit on the interview panel if anybody is interested in interviewing for the position.

There is no pay, but Pony says you will get 'some Dairy Whip gift cards' at some point...

As a new member of this board, I am willing to step up, pay my dues, and suffer through G4 football.

I am not sure what there is to is to be an expert on since the level of play, coaching, and recruiting pails in comparison to the P6. I guess I will have to significantly lower my expectations, and hope to find some glimpses of entertainment.

This is going to require more than my normal amount of alcohol consumption...

The job sounds like a post prison position. Might be difficult to find applications.

The segment will be called the Tallest Midget

I make no promises on the quality and will most assuredly get names and facts wrong. I probably wont watch the actual games but look for some obscure blogger summary while I'm making a #2 on the flusher.

Understandable requests and noted.

I will perform my initial assessment of the G4 and report back. If it isn't up to the stands of these boards, I will gladly hand the mantle to a more deserving member.

I am unable to commit to a time frame, as the pile on unwatched football is staggering. However, I am optimistic I can become an expert by noon.

If we get this position filled there may be a second position that focuses on non power basketball...mwc, mo valley, big east, a10, CUSA etc

We need to raise a lot of $$ for that position.
