Yes, because they have a chance to be ranked if they beat WSU. More importantly, if they beat WSU, UCF could move into the top 15 with the losses by USF, NCST, and WSU, unless Iowa State jumps them after beating TCU.

Navy also could face a 9 and 2 Army team, if Army wins out until that game. A 9 and 2 Army team could be ranked I suppose.

And navy has a shot at notre dame, navy could win out and miss the championship game and still be ranked pretty high
