This one has me worried too... Houston will be energized... but my biggest worry is our side... We have 'struggled' at times this season but always managed to get the job done against weak opponents. An undefeated team should not struggle, it should roll weak opponents. I'm thrilled we are undefeated but that we are benefiting from the schedule is obvious.

I bleed green and gold, but I'm old enough to be honest about these things.. This game, and the UCF game will reveal how good the Bulls are... hope we rise to the occasion.

But the NCAA record for most 30+ wins... Not losing in a calendar year... Maybe I am foolishly overanalyzing our side?? lol

I think memphis got our best shot, I don't see us playing any better than last week this week unless we have king in as QB. Expect a USF win but major wants to save his job so we will see what he cooked up (or didnt).

Hoping for a good one as there isn't any other good AAC game on today

Houston is due for a win, and let's face it, we are arguably due for a loss. Houston comes in with nothing to lose, and unlike every other team we've faced so far, Houston has the size and speed to match up with us talent-wise. We're not used to that.

“There was but a single item in our advantage” one of Lee’s aides remembered “ … but it was an important one. McClellan brought superior forces to Sharpsburg, but he also brought himself …”.

Applewhite is our McClellan. He made the trip, so you guys should be just fine.

Nice job on the historical references 04-cheers

Apples and oranges, imo. We moved the ball against Memphis because they're a terrible defensive team (115th in yards against per game). USF is 18th.

We're going to get drilled.

I'm like Quo. I don't give a flip what's good for the American. I care about what is good for Memphis first.

The best thing for Memphis is to beat an undefeated team in the American Championship game.

NOPE. The best thing for Memphis is to have home field in the CCG.

We can't do that unless UCF beats USF AND loses 2 other games (not happening), OR

USF loses one game, then beats UCF, but has a lower CFP ranking than Memphis, while Memphis runs the remaining table. In THAT scenario, Memphis gets home field.

So...GO COOGS! lol

Well, if it's cold or rainy, we wouldn't really have much of an advantage playing at home.

Agree. We have to beat them anyway and it only helps our chances with the Committee to win over an undefeated team.

Helps with the committee for what? We aren't going to the CFP with a loss, so if we beat UCF or USF, we are going to the Peach, likely. It won't matter how we stand against the other 4 G5 champs, b/c we will be ahead in either scenario.

We will have a better chance to actually win the AAC if we can play that game at home.

Well, if we have many more injuries on D, it won't matter b/c we won't have enough players to play the game, lol.

You have to pull for whatever advantages you might be able to have.

you realize you needed a major comeback to beat houston?

i have usf winning but easily is a stretch
houston might be the most talented squad in the AAC, roster wise...remove the 5 turnovers a game ..which are mental errors , and houston is undefeated and not one game close....

I'm really worried too. I hope USF can find a way to win in the 4th quarter. I took Houston and the points.

made up example: a elite dline constantly getting 15yd penalties costing them games doesn't erase the fact that they are elite

Ok, maybe not "easily" but I don't think it will be close.

Depends on which teams show up.

Houston first half vs. Memphis, or second half vs. Memphis.

USF first half vs. Tulane, or second half vs. Tulane.

That game doesn't need to be on national television
