SMU students were forced to evacuate their perfectly manicured campus tonite and 7 Million Dollar Sorority houses due to a power outage that hit almost the entire campus. They were directed to leave campus in 40 minutes forcing them onto the mean streets of Highland Park and University Park and facing the prospect of calling Daddy to find alternative housing at local 5 star hotels. The prospect of a crushing blow to their monthly allowance funded by meager trust fund has "triggered" many unfortunate students. Its a tragic story that local TV stations highlighted in place of tired stories about Puerto Rico and Las Vegas. Still awaiting word on a GoFundMe account for these poor kids

I'm sure as details come out, we'll hear stories about a student who was plugging their dying iPhone 7+ in to charge just when the power went out. Forcing them to have to find a local Starbucks without navigation. Dear God, I can only imagine.
