Game Day: Ohio
Injuries that I noticed:
Calderon came off without being able to put weight on one leg.
Holford was helped off
Hoying came out near the end
Aristide was not dressed and was in the stands. I heard he was having issues with wisdom teeth. Hope he is back next week.
According to his twitter Valasti has to sit out another 3 weeks still before he can play.

Why not have Valasti sit the rest of this year out?

I'm not sure. Maybe this year counts to his eligibility regardless.
Also I heard from a great source that Grissom will be here come May.

Just offering another perspective based on my own observations. I get the fact that it is a long shot on Saturday and I'm not betting the house that we will win. Matter of fact, before the season started I had this game marked down as a loss. However just to instantly dismiss any chance when you're taking on a team that hasn't exactly been dominant just seems foolish to me. Especially when the goal is to get to 6 wins or higher, this Saturday is another chance to get a win. That is a reality too.
Understood. Trust me, I'm not 'instantly dismissing any chance' to win. Anything can happen in any game, and I root as hard, or harder than anyone on this board for the team to win every single game. I simply provide my 2 cents, with an actual reasoned analysis, based on watching every single play this season.
Trying to understand the thoughts, feelings, and emotions of these kids is impossible, so I just leave it out.
Let's go pull the shocker!

Is Grissom playing Juco now, or just taking classes somewhere?

Banham looked like he got hit late in the 1st quarter. Looked a little woozy when he got up. Possible concussion? Not sure that he played after that.
