Nebraska is unique. Precisely because they do not have a large population, the one common shared value state wide is cornhusker football. Tremendous tradition and right now they are rooting for uniforms as the recruiting has not been very good. It is the ONLY SHOW in town, by town, I mean the state. No other significant sports team to even consider so Husker football is it. LA, NY too many teams distractions, lack of passion.

They played Boston College last season and usually have two such level schools on their schedule every season. They don't win, but they're not going to be intimidated coming into Waldo Stadium. We better be ready to play or we could get embarrassed.
As for money, their endowment is only $ 76 Million (Western's is around $ 350 Million), by comparison Hillsdale College of similar size student body has an endowment of $ 500 Million.

2016: 6-5
- 1W: DII
- 1W: NCIA
- 2L: Boston College (10-42), UMass (10-34)
- FCS Record: 4-3, with last two games resulting in a Win
2015: 1-10
- 1W: FCS - Central Connecticut (28-7), who was 4-7 on the year
- 2L: Rice (16-56), BYU (6-70)
- 8L: All FCS, never within 1 possession; stomped most the time
WOW. New York City. Not on a college campus, in the middle of the city. It's k00l and all, but it's weird without fans of a select team being in the background.
Like that article points out, I think it would have been best to be on a campus:
- NC State @ #12 Florida State: Because FSU only played one game and to be down there post-hurricane thing would be good. Yes, NC State isn't ranked, but they're 2-1.
- #16 TCU @ #6 OK-State: This is the obvious choice if you don't want the above nod to the state of Florida, post-hurricane.
- #17 Miss State @ #11 Georgia: This would be the 2nd best matchup, as the only other two-ranked team game of P5 conferences.

Notre Dame $8 billion/12,200 students
Notre Dame has some generous alumni and Friends, no question. Harvard has the worlds largest Endowment, $ 35 Billion and about 21,000 students.
