Pumped to watch this game. I like the Houston program, and think Major is going to be a great coach.

I'm suspicious of this. Starting a thread four days early and a fan of a g4 team?

Former Texas Tech HC Tommy Tuberville will be the color analyst.

San Diego state fan,

If both an AAC team and San Diego state are undefeated, the AAC champion is more likely to get the NY6 bid having played better and possibly ranked teams in conference. It's an imperfect system and someone will be left out.

Im actually somewhat surprised UH is a 6 point favorite. I saw some of the tech games and they looked pretty good. Not to mention they are undefeated and this is an instate rivalry. For the most part games with tech are always somewhat close.

Yes, I've seen the consensus lines in the paper, it's a Vegas bookie.

Bet it then, before he goes out of business for offering lines 9 points off the consensus.

Does the MWC not have any other fans? Why is this guy always here?

Because THE MW fan at least finds someone here to respond - and he badly wants SDSU to move up to the AAC. He's like a noise in a forest with no one to hear on a MW forum.

They could have been here, but alas Boise St told them to sit down, eat their vegetables, and like them.

Unlikely if that Champ is SDSU. Very possible if that Champ is CSU or Boise.

Nice qualifier on "possibly" ranked though. You tend to recognize that the AAC has an uphill battle in getting ranked just like we do.

I see one very good team in Memphis, one team in Houston that has tremendous potential we just have not seen enough of them yet, and one team that has played horribly but has potential in USF. The rest are, well the rest.

But this thread is about Houston and Texas Tech. Not sure why you feel the need to argue something that is so clearly wrong.

I looked... CBSNN does not even HAVE a mwc board?? I know there are lots of blog and message board sites for each team, but how is it that this site does not even have a MWC board?
