THAT is why he keeps getting re-elected.
Another person living in a cocoon of safety and economic growth. What about the other 75% of his voters who live in poverty and crime ridden neighborhoods who have seen crime rates escalate to historic numbers. I doubt many people that live at Manassas and Chelsea have visited the river crossing.
new girl just started at our pharmacy a few months back and lives in the New Chicago area with her kid (who attends a local charter school)...they're regulars at Bass Pro Pyramid, Big River Crossing, and Alex's Tavern (they swear by their burgers and I agree). They did the Mud Island tour a week ago and enjoyed it.
stop acting like it's Rwanda, damn.
6 people shot in the New Chicago area today. I hope your coworker enjoys living in that scenic area.
She's now moving because of that...wants one of those condos in 38119 called 'greenlodge'...her lease is up in Oct and wants to be closer to work.
Why would she leave New Chicago? You said it was a great area and how she loved all the city had to offer while living in the very desirable neighborhood. After all it isn't Rwanda. Damn. In 38119 she will be so far from Alex's, Mud Island, Big Crossing. .

Quote that for me because I don't see it anywhere in this thread (lol, I would never call that a great area, nor are any of the things you mention in New Chicago). I'd prefer you not just make stuff up. I would also prefer you not taking 'victory laps' over the fact someone died.

You were the person bragging about the lady moving to New Chicago and saying it wasn't Rwanda. Well, I kinda think that is exactly what it looks like, just I said it did before you defended the neighborhood. I had to drive thru there for work today. Morehead and Firestone areas are no place to be anytime of the day.

I said I know someone who lives there...you think that's bragging?
lol, I know people in Hickory Hill and Raleigh too...that doesn't mean I'm gonna move there.
in 1994 around 800,000 people died in Rwanda...we're currently at 138 homicides in Memphis. if you somehow think that's comparable you are exactly the kind of idiot you make yourself out to be.
