A bit of recent history, which maybe you Wichita fans didn't follow so closely. The old Big East (mostly different from this one, with UConn, Cincy and USF being the only holdovers) was absolutely a basketball first conference.

So yeah, we are absolutely a football first conference. Especially in August. Basketball usually gets rolling in here when conference play starts in January.

Remember, you guys are the ONLY basketball only school in this conference.

No, we are the only non-football school. We are highly competitive in all our other Olympic sports as well as men's basketball. We are not an affiliate member. There is a big difference between an affiliate member and a full member.

In the old Big East, we called the non-football schools "basketball only" a lot. Same thing in the old CUSA when talking about Marquette, Depaul, 6BC, and St Louis. All of those schools played other sports in conference than basketball but the basketball only moniker was used often.

I think Triple A is just referring to yall in that manner and means no disrespect to your other programs.

This is the conference we were jizzing our pants about, including the Almighty CB, so to continue to dog schools like we have been is stupid. I hear WSU has a good counseling and therapy program but I think they are failing you. You might check out Sarah White. Seems like exactly what you need. Doing it in the kiddie pool is kind of weird.
