The orange tint to the white buildings suggests early morning sun (or too much self tanner). If you take a picture an hour before game time, the stadium won't look very full. No doubt Obama had a much bigger crowd. DC isn't exactly Trump territory. Much easier to attend an event if you don't have to pay airfare and lodging.
