Great idea, but...

How does it compare to their cell phone bill?

I like the match program. Needs more marketing tho.

This is not new. They have had this since I graduated in 2013, not sure when it started. That said, it's an amazing deal for young alums.

The website address would be a good brand for marketing to prospective students

Yup.

Not nearly marketed enough.

RE: Out the box thinking
I wish I knew how to describe my opinion of everything ODU does. But it feels... forced or corporate. It's good stuff but it just really seems to have a bland delivery/marketing. I'm trying not to be critical just to be critical. But there really seems to be a lack of leadership at the student level being involved and working with the University on these things. Seems to be a disconnect.

I use Pirate Nation as a bench mark and that's a really high bar, aim high!

Box or boxes? Rhombus or rhombi? I think we are firmly entrenched in a black hole.

RE: Out the box thinking
Rhombus 4 life.

I was thinking about my comment while cutting the grass. I think that came out more harsh than intended. Everyone I've met involved goes above and beyond and deserve a ton of credit for where we are. I think we as "fan"atics get caught up with instant results. I need to keep telling myself the same thing I tell my 5 year old every damn hour, "remember the p word? That's right. Patience." Everyone we compare ourselves to has a 100 or so year head start.

Posted from mobile device. Hopefully it's coherent.

At the movies with the family trying to escape the heat and just saw the best ODU football advertisement I can ever remember. It got me pretty excited for kickoff.
