you're going to have a bad time if you try to say they should spend money on athletics before the police department, which when I left UAB 2 years ago was spread out in two different buildings

The UAB police chief held a meeting with Allen Bolton at the police HQ. He put Bolton's seat for the meeting underneath a leak in his office ceiling.
Police can be heroes in so many different ways.
