I would love to know your expectations for Tubby's future at Memphis. I have seen you defend him in almost every thread on the board. I think it was a bad hire because I do not think he can lead the Tigers to a sweet 16 at any point in the future. My standard for Tiger basketball is to reach the tournament at least 3 out of every 5 years and to make a sweet 16 once out of every 6-7 years. If you look back through history, that is not far fetched. I do not have much confidence that Tubby can do that with the way he runs his programs. I really hope I am wrong. It took Cal longer than 12 months to get to a sweet 16 at Memphis. Pearl is on year 4 and still around.500.
