Also the App / ASU hate is getting entertaining. I dont know why folks complained about App and GS going at it all the time I find the ASU / App stuff funny.

This land is a little over 1 mile from the main campus.

Bout a thirty minute walk from stadium drive, not too bad.

You don't want to take the "shortcut" through the neighborhood behind the stadium, trust me. I lived there for two years and it is much faster to walk around the hill rather than going over.

Having done four hikes in the Smokies this spring break there is no doubt about that.

Momma June is that you?

Wut? If you are casually walking that is about 19 minute miles and its 1.4-1.7 miles depending on the route not one mile from stadium drive entrance. I walk daily with run keeper on just rolling hills. I am fully aware of walking speeds. Instead of trying to insult do your research first.

Too soon to tell, not all 74 acres is developable, probably only about half. I've heard everything from the full service hotel, child care facility for staff, track, softball, tennis. Lots of interesting parties as land is a premium.

KBS was just a reference point that appeared to be central to the campus I never once asserted people would be parking there and walking to KBS. It was to see how far students would have to walk on avg to get there from campus to watch any sports that are move there...you are a dense one.

Can someone put a map or something for a visual as to how far this property is from the rest of campus?

Nobody has to walk. AppleCart runs by there all day long.

It's 2 miles from KBS to the old Watauga HS property via Kings Street, Facility Street & 105. A little over 1 mile from the Holmes Convocation Center. As the bird flys it's a lot closer.

You continue to attempt to educate me about my school's campus, think about that.

No one is walking from the main campus to that property...

I would. It's not that far if you walk up the side roads.

I lived in the neighborhood that those side roads wind through. Continuing up Stadium and then down Poplar Hill is a pain in the ass when you've been tailgating all morning and standing at the game all afternoon.
