The 60 vote requirement for the SC only blocks republicans nominees. It doesnt prevent the dipshits on the other side from getting confirmed, because some republicans will vote for them regardless.

That idiot Schumer came out today and said he would filibuster Gorsuch. Then he had the gall to warn against the nuclear option. This after Harry Reid in 2013 set the precedent to fill the Circuit Courts with Obama nominees. How stupid is this guy?

A Supreme Court nominee has never been filibustered in the history of the country. So go ahead Schumer. Do the Republicans a favor. They will immediately put the nuclear option in place and Gorsuch is in as will be any further Trump nominees. I swear Schumer is doing Trump more good than I can believe. By buying into this complete opposition to Trump, he is just making the Republicans stronger. If he had come out and tried to work with the deal maker, Trump would have jumped all over it. Trump gave Schumer more money than any other politician. Now all Trump has to do is ignore him and work with the Republicans.
