Well, it's been real, and it's been fun, but it hasn't been real fun.

Yeah, good luck to him. He stuck to basketball when most would have quit.

It is time for him to move on to whatever's next for him though.

@mgiannotto Chad Rykhoek announces he will not be returning to Memphis next year. Tigers now have 2 open scholarships to use in 2017.

Is he after a Medical Redshirt? He was already a Senior transfer right?

Bleacherreport says "In search of Grad Transfer"

RE: Chad Rykhoek leaving (per his Twitter)
I thought having Rykhoek in the game along with DL opened the game up for DL. Teams could not double Lawson while Chad was in the game. We saw that earlier in the season before the injury. CR got most of his points at the start of the game because the other guys focused on Lawson. Once they discovered they couldn't do that, Lawson got more freedom around the bucket. After the injury it was difficult for Lawson, with him seeing double teams and pushing him outside. Hopefully we can get another big guy in, but Lawson probably won't be back anyway.

So we really need 2 bigs, a PG, a SG, and a wing player?
