About $3M a year for four years after this. So over $12M at end if season. Or more than Pastner's monster contract.

He is right on course. He has a history of not getting recruits and having double digits losing seasons. We all knew this but our dumb president that overstepped Bowen and hired him.

I tried to tell you people. Tubby was a disastrous hire. He is just mailing it in. And while he is sitting back and collecting his millions, this program is getting driven to extinction. What a mess.

its season ONE of Tubby's time here. The man can coach..and he needs time to recruit (yeah I know how THAT sounds).
Very rarely is a coaching situation fixed in just ONE year...that Josh made.
Tubby has to win back the fans AND the recruits that once wanted to play here growing up.
Needs another year or two to get this ship going. When he does..it will be what we envisioned when we hired him...I believe that.
We knew coming in when this season started that we lacked depth. Well, that has bit us on the azz big time.
Be patient.

If he planned on mailing it in why did he not stay at TTU? Where he was loved and already set up?

Tubby will turn this program around and these delusional, irrational fans calling for the man's head already will still cast doubt as well as remain miserable fickle, fair weather ********. They're not fans. True Tiger fans are willing to allow Tubby to get his type of players in here. Hell, no one likes to lose but these players are SOFT and do not possess the physicality or toughness to compete at a high level. True Tiger fans believe the Tubby hire was a positive step in the right direction. We lost by one damn point with no inside game and 3 point shooters. That's coaching the team up. This ludicrous thread calling for the man's head is insane.
