6'10 from Senegal playing at Florida prep school could be a great pickup

I see nobody has responded about C. Mbacke Diong, interesting considering many here keep up with and like to follow & discuss recruiting for the Tigers.

He has scholarship offers from Louisville, Syracuse, UNLV and it seems we are interested. The dude runs the floor like a deer, has arms for days, finishes strong and looks like he has good hands.

I am waiting for TC to confirm our interest !! If he confirms then I believe it.

Unfortunately, there is no Idaho Tiger or Brook Hansen on this board anymore.

Who is Brooks Hansen?

I think most are cautiously optimistic and playing a wait/see approach.

The late period is a madhouse as far as schools offering any available big men, so being mentioned with 2 of them is nice, but need to close the deal.

However, there are still some left out there - HS, JC - and the grad transfer market will also have its fair share, so they should have a solid group of options.

I'll be greedy. I'd like to see 3 bona fide big hosses come in.

Well, they are currently at 12 scholarships with 13 the limit, so there would need to be some roster fluctuation in the offseason for that to happen.

Chad had started to be more aggressive along with learning how to not foul as he was gaining experience but I fear he will be worse than he was at the beginning of the year in those areas when he returns.

Agreed...Happy for him if he plays again and doesn't get hurt...That is a good story for CHAD...But I don't think he moves the needle much for our team.

IDK. Would like to have played at Tulsa and at UCF with Chad to see. Even if he's only getting Taco Bell minutes, I think it makes some difference in those situations.
