White House doubles down on debunked voter fraud?
White House press secretary Sean Spicer on Tuesday doubled down on President Trump’s claim that millions of people voted illegally in the recent presidential election, despite widespread evidence to the contrary.
“The president does believe that,” Spicer told reporters during a media briefing.
Trump, who had previously made the debunked claim, reportedly repeated it again Monday during a White House reception, where he said 3 to 5 million votes were cast by people who illegally immigrated to the U.S. Trump uses this assertion to argue that he won the popular vote against Hillary Clinton, who beat him by nearly 3 million votes overall.

Tell me again why the recount was invalid in Detroit?

Voter fraud was debunked the same way Pizzagate was debunked, i.e. -- it wasn't.
Given that the Democrat-led recount effort in a handful of states only resulted in more votes for Trump, I'd personally be interested to see what a national recount would yield.

President Trump is very knowledgeable about past immigration laws. I would not be one bit be surprised that he has a valid/legal argument in his pocket.
In the meantime, the Press may actually make the case for him. Perhaps they will demand a clarification on voter rights and voter laws.
Brilliant!

There's one way to clear out voter fraud but the left screams, pouts, and says it's discrimination.

Many of these false claims came from the racists groups like KKK and alt-right.
Illegal votes =
the elderly
the disabled
African Americans
women
Jews
Arab Americans
Latino Americans who are citizens
Native Americans
Asian Americans
All the minority groups are illegal according to them which would give Trump the popular vote.

This is like the New England Patriots or the Atlanta Falcons complaining about a call in one of last week's championship games. They aren't because they are more concerned about the Super Bowl.
Trump needs to stop worrying about silly crap that means nothing and concentrate on the important stuff.

If Trump really thinks it is 3 to 5 million illegal votes, it should be investigated.

Voter fraud at this scale would literally be the TOP priority as it undermines the whole democratic process.
except we don't have another election for tears, and he wasn't elected primarily to fix the electoral process
More importantly, since ballots aren't tied to people, there is NO WAY to investigate the issue, other than anecdotally

Thought he was elected to protect the nation? Seems like something of note. 3 million illegal votes?

If we're going to investigate, I say start with California where I imagine the majority of the proposed 3 million illegal votes occurred. Morally bankrupt people and many precincts don't even have Republicans on the ballots. I can only imagine what kind shenanigans went down out there.

The best way to clean that up and remove questions is to require photo ID to vote.
This is a classic case of not monitoring the process up front - so there isn't any way to go back and find out. As it stands, they system is currently set-up so that some level of shenanigans can take place, and one group wants to keep it that way.........
One would think that everyone would be good with trying to remove questions, but that isn't the case.

I believe the arguments we've had in the past was it wasn't fair to the poor, it was racist, and not everyone is able to go get a photo ID.
Some of the examples was if someone was so broke that the cost of an ID was a financial burden on them. They couldn't afford transportation to get the ID... But they could get rides to go vote because that's a right and photo IDs infringe on that right. It's racist because it would disenfranchise blacks because see above and it would disenfranchise the elderly. That being said the elderly had no issues with long lines on election day unlike some protesters that showed up saying that they couldn't vote due to long wait times.

It's all part and parcel of the Democrats throwing out every excuse in the book to not have photo ID be mandatory. Face it, the Democrats view illegals as an up and coming potential voting bloc that will be poor and they can buy'em cheap and keep'em on the plantation. That's all it is. You know it, I know it. Everyone knows the play.
Funny how they are fine with showing ID to buy liquor, cigarettes, cash a check, etc., but not for voting. They desperately want that, just arrived in-country vote. Period, end of story.

RE: White House doubles down on debunked voter fraud?
He claims 3 million illegal votes. That's massive and if true should be extremely important to investigate. He's the one making the claim. He's in the position to get it looked into. When asked about investigating it he says he's satisfied with his win. But he keeps bringing up this claim. Obviously it bothers his thin skin. He continues claiming he legitimately won the popular vote, something that does not matter in the least, if not for this voter fraud.
Voter fraud happens. I highly doubt to the extent he's claiming. But I want any fraud gone after. Especially if it's as rampant as claimed.
If Trump believed his own lying mouth, he would too.
