Voter fraud at this scale would literally be the TOP priority as it undermines the whole democratic process.

except we don't have another election for tears, and he wasn't elected primarily to fix the electoral process

More importantly, since ballots aren't tied to people, there is NO WAY to investigate the issue, other than anecdotally

George W. wasn't elected to fight terrorism.

Your second. It's the people that would be looked at, not the ballots.

Oops. Seems this morning he finally gets that if he's gonna make the claim, he has to at least try to back it up.

He's gonna call for investigations.

Voter fraud happens. I highly doubt to the extent he's claiming. But I want any fraud gone after. Especially if it's as rampant as claimed.

If Trump believed his own lying mouth, he would too.

The bolded above is it.

I'd like to tell him, "Just go do what you say you'll do and next election you won't have to worry about the popular vote - it doesn't matter anyway."

Wouldn't it be great if this was just the way to help usher in voter Photo ID??

Right. The fact is that there was and always is a good bit of voter fraud in the 100% Democratic areas in the inner cities. Democrats hate voter ID as much because it puts a damper on their voter fraud as the damper it puts on lazy, uninformed voters getting out and voting Democrat.

But millions seems like an extreme exaggeration. And the election is over. Let those afflicted with TDS continue to make themselves look ridiculous.

The best way to clean that up and remove questions is to require photo ID to vote.

This is a classic case of not monitoring the process up front - so there isn't any way to go back and find out. As it stands, they system is currently set-up so that some level of shenanigans can take place, and one group wants to keep it that way.........

One would think that everyone would be good with trying to remove questions, but that isn't the case.

I believe the arguments we've had in the past was it wasn't fair to the poor, it was racist, and not everyone is able to go get a photo ID.

Some of the examples was if someone was so broke that the cost of an ID was a financial burden on them. They couldn't afford transportation to get the ID... But they could get rides to go vote because that's a right and photo IDs infringe on that right. It's racist because it would disenfranchise blacks because see above and it would disenfranchise the elderly. That being said the elderly had no issues with long lines on election day unlike some protesters that showed up saying that they couldn't vote due to long wait times.

It's all part and parcel of the Democrats throwing out every excuse in the book to not have photo ID be mandatory. Face it, the Democrats view illegals as an up and coming potential voting bloc that will be poor and they can buy'em cheap and keep'em on the plantation. That's all it is. You know it, I know it. Everyone knows the play.

Funny how they are fine with showing ID to buy liquor, cigarettes, cash a check, etc., but not for voting. They desperately want that, just arrived in-country vote. Period, end of story.
You forgot how much they like the ID (and extensive background checks) for guns!

Was there voter fraud, probably. but Trump needs to move past the election and get on with the business of being POTUS. Stop living in November and get on with the next four years.

Trump's thin skin is a potential cause for concern moving forward. So far it's not been much of a factor; however, I worry about his bruised ego getting in the way of governing objectively on certain matters.

Obama's narcissism got in the way of being objective as well. They all have some weaknesses.

Trump needs to move past it as a personal matter. But IF it's as pervasive as he claims, it needs to be confronted.

It needs confronted anyway, whatever the numbers. Investigate and maybe we finally get some sanity in the form of voter ID.

I understand your point; however, not all of that 300 million are eligible to vote plus a number of others don't care to. Based on actual participation, it was around 130 million people.

There's of course a simple solution.....Universal voter registration for citizens. Have a citizens list. Require it for everything.

I've never been opposed to that.

I've said for years that if we want voter I.D., let the national government issue them to each and every eligible voter in the entire United States.

Of course the states will oppose it, wanna guess why?

We have witnessed 20 months of crazy/genius. With every ridiculous event and statement made, Trump popped up out of the mess with the winning ticket. As mentioned above, could this be the entrance of the rabbit hole that leads to voter photo ID?

No because the goal isn't voter integrity. The goal is voter suppression.
