Can Knight start trying to dunk it instead of going for these layups?!

Well, half way through and both teams are 9-20.

He needs to make those shots. He seems tentative.

Knight needs to work on his aggressive/power moves. Finesse by a big-man is great, but you have to know how to use your size and push through the blocks/dunk etc. He also could use some strength conditioning...get him in with the football team in the off-season to build some muscle.

We need a lot of work on our transition defense. Or we better start scoring on 70% of our offensive possessions because it seems like each time we miss the other team scores

3 seconds to run a play and we still give up an open shot...

That is because we use man to man after misses and zone after scores, and our man to man has more holes than swiss cheese.

Sure, but many of those years included VCU, GMU, and ODU when all 3 were very good. CAA BB is significantly weaker now.

True, but UNCW is significantly better than every other team in the CAA. If they don't win the CAA tournament, they will have choked.

Not sure it is good when Knight makes a three, since more bad attempts are likely to follow.

It's a smaller sample but that hasn't mattered a ton- two 3 seeds, a 2 seed and a 1 seed since those teams bolted. Regular season success begets March success. Can't play defense in March if you haven't played it at all during the year.

Freshman year over for Knight. He has to play like an upper classman from now on.

Agree, I like Nathan playing inside.

Pretty even game. We have a 6-0 run over the past two minutes.

Without Daniel today, we need everybody. Maybe this will have positive developments for the rest of the season as long as Daniel is back soon.

They mentioned back injury on the pregame.

Omar far more active today.

Still want him to not force it as he is starting to do now.
