Dang, UH is all in on guys in football and basketball that the NCAA infractions department has on speed dial.

I think it's been proven that the benefits of winning outweigh the punishments of cheating. At this point, I'd take the dirtiest basketball coach available if he could get ECU into the tournament.

Larry Brown is available.

I'd take him in a heartbeat. We reached out to Bob Knight before hiring Lebo, at least Holland tried.

Could be great, if it goes ahead, but can somebody remind me where Kiffin ever had a successful long term HC tenure?

I'm hoping Dawkins is the real deal. We'll find out once the conference season starts. I care more about the basketball program than the FB program. At least we have access to the playoffs (tournament) and a path to a championship in hoops.

I'm still holding out hope it's a candidate nobody has mentioned like Baylor did. None of these hires really excite me.

I'm good with Orlando. From a coordinator perspective it's tough to beat that resume.

If there's a sitting HC somewhere that is a better "fit" my ears are open. No retreads, please.

Hopefully he is no longer the pompous ass he was prior to Bama.

Interesting to see what he will do/be like without a strong figure looking over his moves (Saban). He worked under the best.

He's definitely a departure from you young up-and-comer Head Coaches that Houston has hired in the past. He's pretty washed up to me.
