If Shaq was a whack job why did he continue to play him and allow for all of his antics.

From the outside looking in Shaq did look like a bowl of fruit loops. I think he kept Shaq around because when he actually focused on basketball, he did very well.

It is a little (a lot?) curious that JP would agree to do an interview like this. Give him credit for responding to the request, but really, what's the relevance from either perspective at this point?

So Josh gets jacked to 2.6 million. And now they're on the hook for a fortune if they want to make a change.

And the most disappointing part is if Josh had a boss who could give him good direction, even force it on him, Josh could've been successful

There are multiple times where he was offered a chance to change- he refused
