We lost the transfer from Florida, then Gettys and now Talley...right?

Probably a stupid mistake of some kind (my guess : puff, puff).

I made plenty of stupid mistakes when I was his age...I just wasn't a public figure like him, and my mistakes didn't affect my teammates and fans.

Whatever it is, I hope everything gets squared away and he can get reinstated asap for the good of the order...

We have our backup C, Hunter Seacat suspended with the same language. One of our posters found a DUI arrest for Seacat in the court records. Not saying that's it, but unless there's more info out there it's likely something similar.

Conduct detrimental to the team = bad attitude, missing or being late to practice or activities etc

Violation of University rules = academics, failed substance tests, arrests

So I feel that maybe if he gets his mind right he will be back makes me believe new guys were outplaying him and going to get his minutes Richmond, Fornes and Mosely all could be ahead of him

I really like Talley and hope that he gets back on the team! He's old school and play HARD. I have no doubt about Jaylen Fornes...he's nice, very nice, maybe an all time nice guy like #11, but we need Talley's toughness and grit on this team. Good luck Jordan and I really hope that you get back with the Hawks soon. Talley is one of my absolute favorite players!!

Word is that Fornes plays like a linebacker....Won't be lacking toughness in this kid.

Talley did play tough on defense, but I think we have enough depth we can handle his absence.

I understand but he also brings a veteran, winning presence and mentality to the youngsters. Granted, we have other players with that, but it's a compounded mentality at the PG position. Especially in tight games where some PGs without it tend to try to do too much.

Hope whatever it is, he handles it well and gets back. Tough to see any of our players have to go through this, but it's a life lesson they have to learn.

Tough news but we have a "next man up" mentality on this team. We'll be OK.

That's a rookie mistake. Get it together.

Talley getting back fully would be a HUGE benefit. I look at the games closely, I'm a lifer. This team REALLY needs 1 more player to make them complete. Yes, the starting 5 is STRONG. There's no doubt in my mind now. When you go to deep to the bench, and I'm not even saying that Jordan is a bench guy either, it drops off a little bit. I LOVE the energy that Richmond brings but if you add Talley to that defensive energy, it puts it over the top. If you could have Richmond and Talley out there or not even at the same time, let's say off the bench-again neither are bench players,they cause dare I say...HAVOC on the defensive end! If you're going to play 94 feet, you may as well cause TO's and that is what would happen. In this system, you're going to get some major run out there whether your a starter or not....I like that.

My hope is that he can get in good graces again because I really enjoy seeing his energy out there and would love to see him out there. I mentioned this to a friend today that asked about the Hawks. I told him that they are good, but would be really good with Talley out there too. Let's hope that Jordan and coach get this thing going again and that all the players stay away from problems, put the Lord first and have a great season!
