They lost so the charm didn't work tonight.

To a top ten team on the road with half their starters on defense out injured. They are a good football team.

Yep.

I agree. I was being sarcastic.

We'd probably make Rutgers look like a contender.

Rutgers picked up their first 1st down of the game with about 8 and a half minutes left in the game against Michigan's 3rd/4th stringers.

It must be a great time to be a Western Michigan fan. Years of ineptitude and now they're 6-0, ranked for the first time ever, and favorites to win their conference. Of course it won't last forever, but they must be enjoying the ride.

As we know, it will last until the MAC championship game, and then an interim HC and skeleton staff of GA's will coach them in their bowl game.

03-lol True. And they'll drop a game before that, maybe even 2. Going undefeated is extremely difficult.

Yep. Akron beat them by three TDs. They play Kent State next week and then EMU after that. EMU is likely the only W they'll see this year.

Yea just saw they are 4-2 so far. Miami is terrible. Be curious to see how long they stick with Martin. I still maintain next year they get us in Oxford if this staff is still in place.

C'mon guys. Buck up! After Purdue got drubbed by Maryland 50-7, they went to Champaign and pulled out a win against the 1-4 Illini. Purdue is pretty good this year.

I was at a sports pub yesterday seeing that game. One guy in a Purdue jersey, couldn't help himself but cheer when his team did something good. Only to have those around him remind him that he's rooting for them to lose (presumably so the coach is fired). Anyway, it was comical and I couldn't help feeling empathetic.

Looking ahead at Purdue's schedule there is a chance they finish with a better record than we do.03-banghead
