This is brutal... our lack of size is killing us.

All things considered, it's probably going about as well as expected . . . .

I just want to get through this and Houston without being decimated by injuries . .

Clearly we're in rebuilding mode . . .
Second half, I'd be making massive substitutions . . . Let's see what some of the backups look like, and let's give 'em some game experience . . . while protecting the guys we'll need when conference starts . . .

100% expected. Ohio had a few chances to blow us out and dropped passes. We gave up 600+ yards to them. A team like Arkansas or Houston will pour it on.

We have to manage our expectations this year. This is why I said we would win 3 games maybe 4 after beating Ohio.

I think most counted it as a loss. We probably expected after 4 years TJ could at least get the ball near a receiver that isn't on the other team.

You are our official stand-in punching bag. They schedule you and try to beat the ever-loving dog-crap out of you as an example of what would happen to us if they didn't refuse to schedule us.

But, enjoy that paycheck.

I've always been of a mind that none of us should schedule a program that has a policy against scheduling any of us. Sort of a conference #TogetherWeRise sort of thing. Too utopian, I know.

Personally, I have no problem with that philosophy .. . . Regrettably we're saddled with an AD who does not work or play well with others . . .

As much as it pains me to say this, Arkansas may be a pretty good SEC west team this year. Don't get down yourselves. See how the year plays out.

Nobody in our conference has ever had a second thought about scheduling them. It's a paycheck. Plus...the SEC might retaliate. 03-lmfao But I can dream.

Anyone from the Sun Belt who does schedule them....expect to be treated like you were us.

This is all we have because we really don't know what we have. I do, however, think they're good games for the young team. I want to see them battle all the way to the end because we will not see anything like ARK and UH in conference.

This was expected, at least by me. Next week wont be any better.

Ohio was an actual test as i feel they are a peer.

We still dont know anything about what our team will look like in Sun Belt play, im guessing/hoping it will be closer to the team we saw against Ohio.
