I don't know some of the stuff they added sounds really cool...pets? Dope.

Also said the next update will have base building and alow you to own space freighters

Don't get me wrong, im a big fan of it...just makes you wonder what the hell they were doing over the last 3 years if this gets released AFTER they go gold 03-lmfao

It's Mighty No 9 all over again.

To say that game got unfavorable reviews is a understatement.

For nostalgia's sake, I busted out my SNES and tried (and failed) to run through Mega Man X last night...oh the memories...

I'll never forget playing Storm eagle's level for the first time. I just thought fighting on an airborne aircraft carrier was the coolest thing ever as a kid

Nothing like killing Sigma with one well placed haduken.

So I forgot all about this thread. I've been playing Twilight Princess HD. This year I've been slowly making my way through the 3D Zeldas to get my body ready for Breath of the Wild. Up next is Skyward Sword which I have never played and am nervous about having to do motion controls, blah

Yep, and that soundtrack? I'd still put it up there as one of the best game soundtracks of all time, certainly the best of the pre-64 bit era.

None of you played NMS last night?

I played for 3-4 hours and it exceeded my tapered expectations. I can't see it getting repetitive, at least for a while. Once you figure out what you need to do and what you need to mine, it gets addicting. I discovered 6 or 7 planets, and there's 1 in particular that I like best and keep going back to as it has the most resources and is the least threatening. I stopped once I got my hyper drive repaired, and I assume the next thing will be to zoom off to another galaxy/closer to the "center" of the universe, but I'm hesitant to do so. Feels like I need to better prepare and upgrade everything I can while I can, otherwise I'll be screwed once I arrive to wherever it is I'm going.

Fun. Highly recommended.

I mean I played Megaman but I wouldn't consider myself a fan. Not to say I didn't enjoy it, but I think you get what I'm saying

I've got it waiting on my doorstep when I get home, and have had Twitch streams on one of my monitors all day. The guys in IT at MSU who check our internet usage are probably laughing their asses off.

I just saw this, what a bummer. Seems like the "multiplayer" is Demons Souls styled if that.

I put 5 hours into No Man's Sky last night and I can already tell I'm going to be playing it for a long while. It's a good drop-in/drop-out game as well as one you can play for prolonged periods. I wish there was a little more diversity in the interactions/settlements, but it's a start and I'm willing to stick with it. Got in the middle of a huge space battle before a signed off and got 100,000 credits and a weird artifact when landed on the ship I was protecting after threatening to report them to the space police for piracy...that was enough for me to love this game 03-lmfao

Yeah, this game is going to take up ALOT of my time and unfortunately I don''t have enough to play it. It was defiantly worth the wait for this game.
