RE: Republicans hold Zika funding hostage to their special interests
If anyone thinks Trump is going to come in and end abortion, they're nuts. I have a feeling he's a UUUUGE fan of it.

Odd that his team actually has more women in high places in it than Hillary's, but HE is the sexist.

The lengths to which the left is willing to go to suspend reality to bash Trump is actually frightening to me. I mean let's be honest... the guy is an easy target for REAL dissention. Why do they need to 'make up' things and constantly claim that he's using some sort of 'code'? That suggesting a wall, rather than a fence at our border which we all admit is ripe with criminal activity (in addition to illegal immigration that we spend billions to stop) and that the government is required under law to police is 'racist'? That making our southern neighbors pay for it is any different than making business pay for something or making exporters to our country pay for things or countries that take jobs from us pay for something.

Why can't you guys focus on the things he ACTUALLY said... because there are PLENTY of things he's said that are troublesome.

Hes sexist because he was the wrong sex. If he was a female who does what he does it would be different.

And in other news...water is wet.

Although to be honest, the Democrats don't hold any high ground here either.

It also means they're biased and whatever is written is not to be taken at face value and might be completely wrong. It's like asking a used car salesman if you're getting a good deal.

Again, a sitting US Senator wrote that article. I'm pretty sure he is better informed of the truth than any of us

He has as much reason to be deceptive about it as a used car salesman, regardless of how much he actually knows about it. If it was a Democratic senator writing something you wouldn't believe a word of it.

Perhaps I missed it but you've been so busy shooting the messenger that you have neglected to disagree with the fact Obama took 500M of Zika funding and handed it over to the UN for an unrelated effort.

If I did miss it please point me at the post where you show he did not do it..

500M of Zika funding? Can you quote that part of the article because I don't remember reading that part.

I'm just laughing at this...

First they 'shame' the forum... when THAT fails
they shame the writer...

Not once do they deny his claims (in either direction... either defending Obama's decisions or saying they didn't happen) or take issues with his position

but they put their faith, lock stock and barrel into a HUFFPO article written by a HUFFPO writer.

I don't put any faith in any of this crap. I'm just saying that believing what a politician says is like believing a used-car salesman. And believing a blog or something written by a so-called "think tank" is equally sensible.

Poorly worded on my part... 500 M that *could have went to Zika funding* Obama sent it elsewhere.
